Data Deletion Request Policy for Nomohub
At Nomohub, we respect your right to control your personal data. This policy outlines the process for requesting data deletion and what happens to your information when you do so.
How to Request Account Deletion
- You can email our support team at info@nomohub.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and your registered email address in the body of the email.
- A represenative will email for confirmation.
- Once confirmed the deletion process begins.
Data Handling Upon Deletion
When you request account deletion, we will:
- Deactivate your account
- Delete the following data within 30 days:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- User-generated content no owned by your company (Notes, Photos, Tasks) such as Profile pictures, “about me”, etc.
- Usage data and preferences
- Retain the following data:
- Aggregate, anonymized usage statistics
- Financial records required for tax and auditing purposes (retained for 7 years)
- Encrypted backups containing your data will be fully purged within 90 days
Additional Retention
- If there are outstanding issues (e.g., unresolved payments, ongoing investigations), we may retain relevant data until the issue is resolved
- We may retain certain data if required by law, for legitimate business purposes, or to protect our legal rights
- Some user data remains in server logs during their retention period for troubleshooting.
